Bangxie Elementary School is the most ambitious of a number of gifts to the people of Yunnan, 
including that of clean water for this and several surrounding villages.

Designed by Robarts Interiors & Architecture, and with assistance from Schools for Yunnan, the school is the fruit of a unique 
collaboration, envisioned, funded and directed personally and dedicated to the life and work of 

Roxanne E. Terrell 

a great friend; an inspiration to thousands; and an ardent lover of China.
